Questions About Second Chance™

Get quick answers to your sales, technical support, or project-related questions.

Second Chance™ restores surface finishability on concrete slabs that have tightened beyond the point where conventional finishing methods are effective. It gives your crew the ability to complete a specification-quality finish on a slab that would otherwise require grinding, patching, or full rework.
None of the above. Second Chance™ is a dedicated Concrete Finish Recovery product — a new category entirely. It is not added to the mix, it does not alter hydration, and it makes no structural claims.
It has been tested for use up to 10 hours after placement, depending on environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and wind. Application timing and conditions vary by job site.
Spray it evenly onto the affected section, then immediately work the surface to restore cream. Finish to final wipe before moving to the next section. Do not spray the entire slab at once — work in manageable sections.
No. Second Chance™ must be used in accordance with standard curing practices. It addresses finishing recovery only and does not substitute for any post-placement curing protocols.

No. It is not classified under OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200). It contains no lead, no heavy metals, and no volatile organic compounds (0 g/L VOC).

Standard industrial PPE is recommended — waterproof gloves, safety glasses or goggles, and appropriate work clothing. No respiratory protection or specialized chemical handling equipment is required under normal use conditions.
Yes. Second Chance™ is not regulated as a hazardous material under DOT (US ground), IMDG (ocean), or IATA (air) regulations. It ships without placards, dangerous goods declarations, or hazmat surcharges — on any carrier, via any mode.
Keep it above 32°F / 0°C — freezing can permanently separate the product. Ideal storage is 50–80°F in a cool, dry location out of direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months from manufacture date when stored properly.
No SARA Title III (Section 313) reporting is required. The product contains no substances triggering TRI reporting, CERCLA notification, or Clean Water Act priority pollutant obligations.
Submit an order request with your desired quantity, destination country, and preferred freight forwarder. We issue a Proforma Invoice within 2 business days. Once you confirm and payment clears, production and packaging begins.
One 55-gallon drum ($6,875 USD at the evaluation price of $125/gallon) for initial market testing. We strongly recommend starting with a single drum to validate performance under real job site conditions in your region before scaling.
Payment in full is required prior to shipment for all international orders. Wire transfer is the preferred method. All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. ACH is available for US domestic orders only.
Once payment is received and confirmed, orders are typically ready for freight pickup within 14 calendar days.
All shipments are conducted under FCA – Tucson, Arizona, USA (Incoterms® 2020). The buyer arranges and funds freight through their designated freight forwarder. Risk transfers to the buyer upon collection by the freight carrier. We provide all required export documentation.
Every shipment includes a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and Technical Data Sheet (TDS). Additional documentation required by your freight forwarder or customs broker is available upon request.
Authorized distributors receive territory rights, wholesale pricing tiers, full product documentation, technical and sales training, and co-marketing support. In exchange, distributors agree to volume commitments, brand standards, and field reporting requirements.
Yes, for distributors who meet annual volume commitments. Territory terms and exclusivity thresholds are negotiated based on market size, distribution infrastructure, and demonstrated capability.
Pricing scales with volume: $125/gallon for evaluation orders (1 drum), $120/gallon for standard orders (2–10 drums), $115/gallon for volume orders (10–50 drums), and negotiated pricing for strategic accounts above 50 drums annually. Retail pricing guidance is up to $175/gallon, yielding $50–$62.50 per gallon in gross margin depending on tier.
Distributors may only communicate claims that are documented in the official Technical Data Sheet and Safety Data Sheet. No structural, compressive strength, or hydration modification claims may be made. All marketing materials require approval prior to use.
Distributor sales and technical teams must complete the Second Chance™ application training program before customer deployment. This ensures proper field guidance and protects the product’s reputation in your market.
